Alcyconie is now a Training Compan Discover our various programs in Crisis and Cybercrisis Management, Crisis Communication, Media Training… aimed at crisis units, Comex/Codir, executives, CIOs, and IT teams!

Alcyconie, a company dedicated to crisis and cybercrisis management and communication, is now accredited as a Training Organization (activity declaration registered under no. 53351041835 with the Prefect of the Brittany Region). All our training programs are available at multiple levels and incorporate the specificities of each organization. We are committed to customizing each training session and blending theoretical and practical elements throughout our programs. Ranging from half-day to several days, we adjust our sessions to your training needs, mainly focusing on the following disciplines:

  • Crisis management, to master best practices, know how to prepare and implement a relevant and effective crisis organization (mobilization plan, introduction to crisis communication, etc.),
  • Cybercrisis management, enabling you to identify the specificities of a digital crisis, the essential steps before and during a crisis, and learn to limit the impacts on the organization as much as possible,
  • Decision-making in uncertainty: learn to navigate in uncertain conditions, know how to lead and manage in ambiguity and an uncertain context, understand cognitive biases…
  • Crisis communication and social media, to know how to implement an effective crisis communication strategy across all its channels and master the specificities of crisis on social media,
  • Media training, to learn how to express yourself in challenging situations, in an uncertain and hostile context, and thus optimize your public speaking.
