Stéphanie Ledoux, CEO of Alcyconie, has been appointed Vice-President and Treasurer of the Cyber Center of Excellence

At the end of the 2024 General Assembly of the Cyber Center of Excellence, followed by the Board of Directors, Stéphanie Ledoux, CEO of Alcyconie, was appointed Vice-President and Treasurer of the Cyber Center of Excellence.

Created in 2014 at the initiative of Jean-Yves Le Drian, then Minister of Defence, the Cyber Centre of Excellence has established itself in a decade as a structuring player in the French and European cyber landscape. Supported by its founding members — the Ministry of the Armed Forces and the Brittany Region — it was designed from the outset as a tool for convergence between sovereignty issues, operational imperatives, technological innovation and economic development.

Today, the Cluster brings together a large and complementary ecosystem of industrial, institutional, academic and operational players, actively contributing to strengthening the cyber resilience of organizations and territories, as well as to the sustainable structuring of the sector.

This new governance is part of a renewed collective dynamic, with the entry of Capgemini, the University of Southern Brittany, Almond and Alcyconie into the bodies, and the re-election of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber as Secretary. The Pole also praised the constant commitment of its founding members and all the organizations that work alongside it every day.

The appointment of Stéphanie Ledoux reflects Alcyconie’s desire to be fully involved in the work of the cluster and more generally for the benefit of the cybersecurity sector.

In a context of constantly evolving cyber threats and the strengthening of European regulatory frameworks, Alcyconie is delighted to contribute, within the governance of the Cyber Centre of Excellence, to a demanding, pragmatic and action-oriented approach, in the service of collective resilience and the general interest.
