A conversation with Laurence, Office Manager & Human Resources

This exchange, conducted via video or in person depending on your availability, is designed to get to know you beyond your CV.

We’ll discuss your professional background, your skills, and your aspirations.

This interview is also an opportunity to discover what drives you, your values, and what you’re looking for in your next professional opportunity.
In turn, we’ll introduce you to Alcyconie’s story and projects, our mission, our values, and what makes our company unique. This first step helps assess alignment between your expectations and our vision.

A role-specific interview with your future manager

If your profile matches our expectations, you’ll be invited to a second interview — this time with your future manager.

This technical interview is a crucial part of our process. It aims to assess your technical skills in relation to the position, evaluate how you approach real or simulated challenges, and understand your problem-solving mindset.

An in-depth conversation with Stéphanie, CEO & Founder

This meeting is a key moment in our process. You’ll have a sincere and enriching discussion with Stéphanie, who will take the time to understand your motivations, your vision, and how you could contribute to our mission.

You’ll also have the opportunity to gain deeper insight into our strategy, our company culture, and the challenges we are tackling.

What’s next ?

If our conversations confirm our mutual desire to work together, you’ll quickly receive an offer to join us. From that point on, we’ll guide you step by step through your onboarding, so you can join Alcyconie with peace of mind.

Our business is demanding and specific. To enable everyone to quickly develop their skills, we have designed a tailor-made onboarding programme.
From the moment they arrive, the aim is to give everyone the keys to understanding our environment, our expertise and our methods — and to achieve lasting success, thanks to:

3 to 4 weeks of immersion within the teams at the head office in Saint-Malo to soak up the culture and practices and forge lasting bonds with colleagues.

Regular meetings with the CEO to share the company's vision, expectations and culture.
