It defines the commitments of ALCYCONIE with regard to the protection of the personal data of its users, as required by the European regulations in force.

In general, you can access the ALCYCONIE website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are under no obligation to provide ALCYCONIE with this information. This right may only be exercised in one of the following two situations:

Alcyconie undertakes to do its utmost to maintain a high level of confidentiality by incorporating the latest technological developments to ensure the confidentiality of your data. However, as no mechanism can guarantee total security, there is always a certain risk when using the Internet to transmit personal information.

11. MEASURES IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the requirements of the GPDR, Alcyconie undertakes to notify the CNIL of any personal data breach as soon as it becomes aware of it.

Any notification to the CNIL will include the following information

(i) The nature of the personal data breach;

(ii) The name and contact details of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) within ALCYCONIE;

(iii) the likely consequences of the personal data breach;

(iv) the measures taken or proposed by the data controller to remedy the personal data breach, including, where appropriate, measures to mitigate any negative consequences.

In the event that the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of a user as an individual, ALCYCONIE undertakes to notify the user as soon as possible.
