On the occasion of the European Cyber Week 2023, Alcyconie had the honor of welcoming Mr. Jean-Noël Barrot, then Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Affairs, to its booth, in the presence of Admiral Arnaud Coustillère, President of the Cyber Center of Excellence, and Florent Kirchner, Coordinator of the National Cyber Strategy at the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI).

This visit was part of a time of direct and in-depth exchange around the major challenges of cybersecurity, resilience and digital sovereignty, at the heart of the concerns of both public and private actors.

Putting cyber crisis management at the service of the most sensitive players

On this occasion, Alcyconie’s teams presented to Mr. Jean-Noël Barrot their innovations in cyber crisis management, designed to support the most sensitive organizations:

• upstream, through preparedness, training and maturity in the face of cyber crises;
• in real situations, with management and assistance capabilities in times of crisis, when decisions must be taken quickly, under constraint and with a high level of demand.

These exchanges served as a reminder of a strong conviction: cyber performance is not limited to technical tools. It is also based — and above all — on the ability of organizations to prepare, decide and act effectively in a crisis context.

Recognition of operational challenges

The joint presence of the Minister, the President of the Cyber Centre of Excellence and the Coordinator of the National Cyber Strategy underlined the importance given to operational approaches, rooted in the realities on the ground, and capable of contributing concretely to the resilience of the Nation.
