The instructor’s preliminary explanations were also clear. The pace of the exercise, starting off fairly innocuous and then building up, helped to set the mood.

The scenario is simple and intensifies as it progresses. The interactive platform is very realistic and well designed (social media, etc.). The calls are accurate, with everyday names, which really helps you to imagine yourself in the situation.
