Founded in 2018 by Stéphanie LEDOUX, Alcyconie is a French company specializing in the management and communication of cyber and digital-origin crises. It has been awarded the PACS qualification (Provider of Support and Consulting in Information Systems Security) by ANSSI.

Biographie
Stéphanie Ledoux is the founder of Alcyconie.
An operational reservist at COMCYBER, she is a graduate of Kedge Business School, the Fachhochschule Münster, NEOMA Business School, and holds an Executive MBA in cybersecurity and business intelligence.
With more than 20 years of experience in crisis management (air, rail, industry) and 12 years of expatriation, she assists companies and institutions in France and abroad on issues of resilience in the face of digital threats, cyber crisis management and communication and decision-making in an uncertain context, with a pragmatic approach adapted to a context of high instability and major crises.
Guillaume CHÉREAU
Chief Operating Officer
The Operations Department drives the execution and operational excellence of our activities. As the CEO’s right-hand man, she contributes to strategic development by ensuring consistency between vision, efficiency and impact on the ground.

Biographie
Guillaume is the Director of Operations at Alcyconie.
A graduate of IMT Atlantique, he has more than 20 years of experience, including more than 10 years in cybersecurity. He worked at the ANSSI for 6 years, where he headed the Cyber Crisis Management office, before joining Orange Cyberdefense as a team leader consultant, then creating and taking over the management of the CSIRT of the Brittany Region, Breizh Cyber. From work on a national cyber resilience strategy, from consulting missions in governance, risks and compliance to support in the operational management of cyberattacks, Guillaume has extensive and solid experience in the field of cyber resilience.
Anaïs FAURÉ
Consulting & Training Division
As close as possible to our clients, the Consulting & Training division is the team that intervenes on crisis management missions of cyber origin, training and business continuity. He accompanies, advises and assists our clients in cyber crisis management and on all our offers.

Biographie
Laurence Nedellec-Dieudonné is the Human Resources & Office Manager of Alcyconie.
With a Master 2 in public management, Laurence has more than 20 years of experience in managing economic projects, structuring teams and operational management of organisations. After a career in local authorities, urban planning agencies and CCI, she joined Alcyconie in 2022. Since then, she has put her expertise at the service of the company to support its growth, by bringing rigor, coordination and structuring of processes in a demanding environment, marked by the expansion of activities and cyber crisis management.
