Alcyconie is renewing its Qualiopi certification for three years, a quality certification mark attesting to the quality of all the processes implemented as part of our professional training actions.
This renewal confirms, in the long term, the high standards we place on our educational systems and the support we offer to organizations confronted with complex, unstable and highly constrained environments.
It also reflects a structuring choice: that of offering exclusively in-house training, tailor-made and fully aligned with the operational reality, the sector and the crisis organization of each entity supported.
Tailor-made training, anchored in the reality of crises
Provided exclusively in-house, our training courses are recognized for their strong operational dimension and total customization. They are designed on the basis of real crisis situations managed in the field and precisely adapted to the audiences concerned — COMEX, communication teams, legal departments, operational teams, SOC / CERT — in order to meet their specific responsibilities in a highly degraded situation.
Our training aims to:
- transmit good decision-making practices to teams under pressure,
- harmonize the crisis management culture, language and frameworks within the organization,
- disseminate the reflexes essential to manage uncertainty, coordinate actors and preserve the capacity for action.
Each service mobilizes specific human, technical and educational resources, defined in close connection with the client’s operational objectives. Feedback from trained professionals is systematically collected in order to make our programs part of a dynamic of continuous improvement.
Recognition of the quality and commitment of the teams
The Qualiopi certification is issued on the basis of 7 criteria, broken down into 22 indicators common to all training providers, supplemented by 10 specific indicators.
Its renewal attests to the constant efforts made by the Alcyconie teams to guarantee a high level of pedagogical quality and expertise fully aligned with the operational realities of contemporary crises.
At a time when crisis management is no longer a hypothesis but a key skill, this certification underlines the robustness of ourtraining programs and the expertise of our trainers, all of whom come from practice.
Training courses eligible for OPCO funding
Qualiopi certification allows our customers to benefit from funding via their Skills Operators (OPCOs), for all of our training programs.
