Alcyconie, winner of France 2030
A few months ago, we announced that Alcyconie was one of the proud winners of the third edition of the France 2030 call for projects “Development of critical innovative technologies”. This system, focused on the assessment of cybersecurity, reflects France’s ambition to strengthen its digital sovereignty and to become a world leader in strategic technologies.

France 2030: a catalyst for innovation and digital sovereignty
Launched in 2021, France 2030 is a large-scale programme that mobilises €54 billion to support companies, universities and research institutes in the sustainable transformation of key sectors of the economy.
In this context, the “Development of critical innovative technologies” call for projects encourages innovative solutions to the new challenges of cybersecurity. This third edition places particular emphasis on the assessment and compliance with the European NIS 2 and DORA regulations, fundamental pillars to guarantee the security of companies and institutions.
Alcyconie’s commitment to a resilient digital future
At Alcyconie, innovation and cyber resilience are at the heart of our mission. Since 2018, we have conducted more than 500 immersive exercises to help our clients effectively prepare for cyber and digital crises. These custom-designed workouts simulate realistic crisis situations, allowing teams to confront the complex challenges of an increasingly interconnected world.
Our PIA® platform, a unique technology solution, enhances the degree of immersion and realism of training and simulations. By working on the management of cognitive biases, we offer a novel approach that combines psychology, technology and strategy.
An ambitious project supported by France 2030
Support from France 2030 for Alcyconie allows us to take a new step in the development of our solutions. Our project, selected from a number of applications, aims to:
- Strengthen the resilience of companies to cyberattacks, by providing them with effective assessment tools and personalized support.
- Expand the knowledge associated with cognitive biases , and more particularly those that come into play in the face of the intensity of cyber-related crises.
- Promote sovereign cyber-resilience, based on French technologies and in line with international standards.
- Anticipate new digital threats, thanks to constant monitoring and the integration of the latest technological advances.
A few months later, the roadmap is moving forward!
The project has been launched, with several concrete actions already implemented:
- The recruitment of a cognitive psychologist as part of a CIFRE thesis to deepen the analysis of cognitive biases, to better understand them in the context of cyber-related crises and to strengthen the relevance of our simulations. This expertise will enrich our immersive training and their effectiveness.
- Conclusive experiments have been carried out on the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our training scenarios, allowing us to create more realistic and adaptive environments, in order to better prepare teams for current threats.
We would like to thank the SGPI, BPI France and Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology for their trust, as well as all our partners who support us on a daily basis.
