1/ Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “T”) are intended to provide a framework for browsing and the way in which the User accesses the ALCYCONIE website.
It is recalled that the T apply without restriction or reservation to the use of the Site made available free of charge to Users.
Any connection to the site is subject to compliance with these conditions. For the User, the mere access to the Publisher’s website at the following URL address alcyconie.com implies acceptance of all the conditions described below.
When browsing the Site, the User has the right to consult these T at his or her convenience and at any time. The Publisher reserves the right to make changes to the T at any time and without notice, which will be enforceable against Users as soon as they are posted online and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version.
No tolerance on the application of these T may be interpreted as a waiver by ALCYCONIE of the right to avail itself of them at a later date.
2/ Definitions
Content: the content refers to all the elements that make up the Site.
Publisher: the Publisher refers to the company ALCYCONIE, which makes available to the public, via its Site, content that it selects, assembles, prioritizes and formats in a way that is intelligible to the User.
Website: the website refers to the Internet page of the company ALCYCONIE, and includes both texts and multimedia, hosted on a web server, accessible through the Internet or intranet.
User: the User refers to the Internet user browsing the Site.
3/ Access to the site
The Site is accessible free of charge, anywhere and to any User with Internet access.
It is recalled that any event due to a case of force majeure and resulting in a malfunction of the network or server does not engage the responsibility of the Publisher.

5/ Obligations of the user
The User is solely responsible for his/her use of the Site. He undertakes not to harm the Content in any way.
The information published on the Site is presented for information purposes only and has no contractual value. The information and/or documents appearing on this Site and/or accessible through this Site come from sources considered to be reliable. However, such information and/or materials may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors.
The PUBLISHER reserves the right to correct them as soon as these errors are brought to its attention. The Site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The Alcyconie.com Site may contain hypertext links to other sites on the Internet.
The User is reminded that by clicking on one of the hypertext links, he or she will be automatically redirected to the site concerned, which is separate from the ALCYCONIE Company Site.
The User is also reminded that the Publisher has no control over, and cannot be held responsible for, the content of the web pages relating to these links.
It is possible to create a link to the presentation page of this Site without the express authorization of the Publisher. No authorization or request for prior information may be required by the Publisher with regard to a site that wishes to establish a link to the Publisher’s Site. However, this Site should be displayed in a new browser window. However, the Publisher reserves the right to request the removal of a link that it considers to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Alcyconie.com site without having to justify this.
8/ Access to the site
The Publisher endeavours to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the Publisher’s control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Consequently, the Publisher cannot guarantee the availability of the site, the reliability of transmissions and performance in terms of response time or quality. No technical assistance is provided to the User, whether by electronic or telephone means.
The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of impossibility of access to this Site.

9/ Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T and this Site are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of a failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts, and more particularly the courts of Saint-Malo, will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
