Managing a cyber crisis
Training for those who need to make strategic decisions and coordinate responses across the organization (cyber crisis management, cyber crisis decision-making unit, decision-making under uncertainty).
Key players in the crisis unit
Targeted training according to key roles: lawyer, DPO, CISO. Each program provides a better understanding of the expectations, responsibilities and postures to be adopted in the crisis unit (the lawyer in the cyber crisis unit, the DPO in the cyber crisis, the CISO in the cyber crisis).
Crisis communication and speaking out
Training focused on strategic and operational communication in a crisis context: public speaking, designation of a spokesperson, protection of reputation (the fundamentals of crisis communication, training in collective or individual speaking).
