WHAT WE OFFER

Within the company, you will join our team on cyber crisis management, training and business continuity missions.

As a true project manager, you will manage a variety of missions aimed at accompanying, advising and assisting our clients, major private accounts or public bodies, in terms of cyber crisis management, crisis communication and business continuity. Our interlocutors are mainly the CISOs, CIOs and Executive Committees of the organizations we support.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

  • The optimisation or definition of crisis measures for the benefit of our clients (audit, recommendations, drafting of reflex sheets, mobilisation scheme, etc.),
  • The definition and conduct of crisis exercises to test the resilience of the organizations we train,
  • The organization and facilitation of training for the benefit of our customers,
  • Definition of business continuity strategies,
  • The operational implementation of our customers ‘ continuity plans ,
  • The management of crisis situations within our clients’ crisis units.

You will also actively participate in the development of the company by:

  • Contributing to responses to calls for tenders,
  • Creating and optimizing business continuity resources and tools,
  • Producing content such as articles, white papers, how-to guides.

The position is based in Saint-Malo or at the Cyber Campus of Paris La Défense! Teleworking is obviously possible and travel is regular.

Type of contract: Permanent contract.

WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU

  • With a higher education (Sciences-Po, School of Communication, International Relations, Business School or University), you have a first experience (2 to 5 years) in crisis management and/or BCP,
  • You have a knowledge of cybersecurity and a strong appetite for this subject,
  • The terms BIA, crisis unit, CISO, RTO, PCA, DRA have no secrets for you and you are passionate about the subjects of resilience of organizations,
  • You are autonomous and a source of proposals,
  • You have a real team spirit and excellent interpersonal and writing skills,
  • You have a good level of written and oral English,
  • Being ISO 22301 certified is a plus,
  • Joining a fast-growing company attracts you and you are aware that in this type of organization, taking responsibility and autonomy are quick and strongly encouraged!

Founded in 2018 by Stéphanie LEDOUX, Alcyconie is a French company specializing in the management and communication of cyber and digital-origin crises. It has been awarded the PACS qualification (Provider of Support and Consulting in Information Systems Security) by ANSSI.
