Cyber resilience strategies are as important as protection and prevention
Alcyconie will present its cyber crisis management consulting services and cyber crisis management training for organisations at the Incyber Forum.
Stéphanie Ledoux, CEO of ALCYCONIE, believes that if CISOs can make decision-makers understand that cyber resilience strategies are at least as important as protection and prevention initiatives, then organisations will have taken a big step forward.

GS Mag: What will you be presenting at the InCyber Forum 2024?
Stéphanie Ledoux: Alcyconie will present its offering based on cyber crisis management consulting and training organisations in cyber crisis management.
GS Mag: What are the strengths of the solutions you will be presenting at this event?
Stéphanie Ledoux: Our approach combines cutting-edge human expertise in crisis management with a platform for training in cyber crisis management in real-life conditions.
Our teams’ ability to create crisis timelines of varying complexity and intensity allows us to adapt to the challenges of any type of organisation.
Our PIA training platform brings together decision-making and operational functions and creates the reflexes and processes that will enable a crisis unit to be set up quickly when needed. At Alcyconie, the consultants who lead the exercises are the same ones who support organisations during actual crises.
GS Mag: This year’s InCyber Forum will focus on AI. What are the main cyber threats that arise from it?
Stéphanie Ledoux: First and foremost, AI will make attackers’ work easier. They will be able to automate and significantly accelerate their attack strategies. They will also need fewer resources due to the increased computing power provided by AI. There is also a significant risk that cyberattacks will become more widespread thanks to AI applications that require less and less technical expertise on the part of malicious actors.
GS Mag: Have you integrated AI technologies into your solutions, or do you plan to do so?
Stéphanie Ledoux: Our training platform is designed to incorporate fundamental innovations. We are considering how AI can both facilitate the creation and management of crisis exercises and provide random and autonomous scenario elements to further reinforce the real-life conditions experienced by our customers during crisis exercises.
GS Mag: What message would you like to convey to CISOs?
Stéphanie Ledoux: We are with you!
Your role within organisations is under almost constant pressure, but it is also an opportunity for you to bring together functions and expertise that did not previously communicate with each other, while educating the entire organisation about cybersecurity and cyber crisis management issues.
If CISOs can make decision-makers understand that cyber resilience strategies are at least as important as protection and prevention initiatives, then organisations will have taken a big step forward.
