Alcyconie recognized among the France 2030 laureates to strengthen industrial cybersecurity solutions

A few months ago, we proudly announced that Alcyconie was among the winners of the third edition of the France 2030 call for projects, “Development of Critical Innovative Technologies.” This initiative, focused on cybersecurity assessment, reflects France’s ambition to strengthen its digital sovereignty and position itself as a global leader in strategic technologies.

France 2030 : A catalyst for innovation and digital sovereignty

Launched in 2021, France 2030 is a large-scale program mobilizing €54 billion to support businesses, universities, and research institutes in the sustainable transformation of key economic sectors.

As part of this initiative, the “Development of Critical Innovative Technologies” call for projects encourages innovative solutions that address emerging cybersecurity challenges. This third edition places particular emphasis on assessment and compliance with European NIS 2 and DORA regulations, which are fundamental pillars in ensuring the security of businesses and institutions.

Alcyconie’s commitment to a resilient digital future

At Alcyconie, innovation and cyber resilience are at the core of our mission. Since 2018, we have conducted over 500 immersive exercises to help our clients prepare effectively for cyber and digital crises. These tailored training sessions simulate realistic crisis scenarios, allowing teams to navigate the complexities of an increasingly interconnected world.

Our PIA® platform, a unique technological solution, enhances the level of immersion and realism in training and simulations. By integrating the management of cognitive biases, we offer a groundbreaking approach that combines psychology, technology, and strategy.

An ambitious project supported by France 2030

The support from France 2030 allows us to take a significant step forward in developing our solutions. Our selected project aims to:

  • Strengthen businesses’ resilience against cyberattacks by providing advanced assessment tools and personalized support.
  • Expand knowledge on cognitive biases, particularly those that influence decision-making during intense cyber crises.
  • Promote sovereign cyber resilience based on French technologies that comply with international standards.
  • Anticipate emerging digital threats through continuous monitoring and integration of the latest technological advancements.

The project is now underway, with several concrete actions already implemented

  • Hiring a cognitive psychologist as part of a CIFRE PhD research project to deepen the study of cognitive biases, improve crisis response understanding, and enhance the relevance of our simulations. This expertise will enrich our immersive training programs and their effectiveness.
  • Successful experiments integrating artificial intelligence into our training scenarios, creating more realistic and adaptive environments to better prepare teams for modern cyber threats.

We extend our gratitude to SGPI, BPI France, and Clara Chappaz, the Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs for their trust, as well as to all our partners who support us daily.
