Press release — Launch of Crisis Cockpit
Press release.
Paris, 31 March 2026,
After several years of providing operational support to public and private organizations facing major cyber crises, Alcyconie, France’s leading specialist in cyber crisis management, announces the launch of Crisis Cockpit, a secure platform dedicated to steering and managing real-time crises.

Structuring decision-making and reducing cognitive load
Designed to structure decision-making, strengthen coordination and ensure traceability, the Crisis Cockpit platform integrates artificial intelligence features deployed only where they deliver genuine time savings and a reduction in cognitive load.
Stéphanie Ledoux, Founder and CEO of Alcyconie, explains: “Against a backdrop of intensifying cyber and information crises and rising regulatory demands, organizations must be able to rely on robust, operational systems capable of supporting decision-making under pressure. All too often, crisis management still relies on fragmented tools, email chains or scattered files, leading to information loss and a dilution of responsibilities.”
Crisis Cockpit was designed to address this operational reality.
The platform brings together, in a secure environment, the essential functions for the strategic and operational steering of a crisis cell:
- Collaborative, timestamped logbook, allowing events, decisions and trade-offs to be recorded in real time;
- Full traceability of actions and responsibilities, supporting internal and regulatory reporting as well as lessons learned;
- Dynamic action plans, assigned and tracked in real time to ensure clarity and prioritization;
- Structured document repository, bringing together procedures, key contacts and sensitive documents.
Practical AI, serving operational efficiency
Crisis Cockpit also natively integrates crisis management best practices, alongside targeted artificial intelligence features designed to ease the cognitive load on crisis cells: synthesis assistance, support for formalizing decisions, automated report generation, and rapid analysis of incoming information. Here, AI is not a marketing gimmick but a tool in service of operational efficiency, activated only where it delivers tangible time savings and a reduction in cognitive load for decision-makers.
From regulatory compliance to tangible resilience
Designed for organizations subject to demanding regulatory requirements (NIS 2, DORA, LPM and other key frameworks), the platform helps turn compliance obligations into a tangible lever for resilience.
Crisis Cockpit complements PIA, Alcyconie’s immersive training platform dedicated to crisis management preparation and exercises. Where PIA enables organizations to test their systems, train their teams and strengthen their escalation chains, Crisis Cockpit becomes the nerve center for steering crises in real time.
With this launch, Alcyconie continues to pursue its ambition: equipping the most sensitive organizations with technological tools aligned with the reality of today’s crises — structuring, secure, and decision-oriented.
