The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (“GCU”) is to regulate the navigation and manner in which the User accesses the ALCYCONIE website.
Users are reminded that the present Terms and Conditions apply without restriction or reservation to the use of the Site, which is made available to Users free of charge.
Any connection to the site is subject to compliance with these conditions. For the user, simple access to the publisher’s site at the following URL address alcyconie.com implies acceptance of all the conditions described below.
When browsing the Site, Users have the option of consulting these GCU at their convenience and at any time. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the GCU at any time and without prior notice, and these modifications will be binding on Users from the time they are put online and will take precedence, where applicable, over any other version.
No tolerance in the application of these GTCU may be interpreted as a waiver by ALCYCONIE of its right to invoke them at a later date.

Publisher: the company ALCYCONIE, which makes available to the public, through its Site, content that it selects, compiles, prioritises and formats in a way that is understandable to the User.

Users are solely responsible for their use of the Site. They undertake not to damage the content in any way.

The information and/or documents appearing on and/or accessible through the Site have been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. However, such information and/or documents may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors.

However, the Publisher reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems incompatible with the purpose of the Alcyconie.com website, without having to justify its decision.
The Publisher endeavours to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the Publisher’s control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper operation of the Site.
Consequently, the Publisher cannot guarantee the availability of the Site, the reliability of transmissions or performance in terms of response time or quality. No technical assistance will be provided to the user, either electronically or by telephone.
The publisher may not be held liable in the event of impossibility of access to the site.

These GCU and this Site are governed by French law, regardless of where they are used. If a dispute between the parties cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts, and more specifically the courts of SAINT-MALO, shall have sole jurisdiction.
